Foreign companies wishing to establish operations in Sweden and the Nordic region need a local contact with expertise in economy to meet legal requirements. The form of establishment can be either branch or limited. Today, we are working with AXA Investment Managers, among others, that opened offices in Stockholm in 2006 and 2007. Kamerala acts as a link between the business of Stockholm and AXA Group in Paris and London. We report monthly to the staff and manages the local company's contacts with accountants, tax agency, company registration office, and bank.
