Building an economy department

Our mission is to free up time for the contractor, bringing relief from the administrative burden that comes when you drive a company. As the contractor develops the company build an own administration. In many cases it may then be economically advantageous to the company themselves to manage parts - or all - of the financials. Kamerala is in constant discussions with the company and is flexible in this development. In many cases, we are part of dismantling ourselves.
One such example is when we helped 4C Strategies with continuous accounting and administration in a formative stage. While we delivered these services, we helped the company in the recruitment process for hiring a financial officer of the company. When we found a suitable candidate the company gradually took over financial management itself. We remained as back-up and consultants on assignment basis.
 
Another example is our cooperation with Kilpatrick Stockton Advokat, which in 2000 established a law-firm in Stockholm. The business has its HQ in Atlanta, USA, where it is one of the largest law firms. We were in the beginning when the office in Stockholm only consisted of two lawyers and an assistant. Today, nine years later, the company has about 30 employees and is well established on the market. From having done the whole financial management, we are currently responsible for payroll and personnel administration and is assisted by partner companies. The company has its own economy and administration team, but chose of secrecy and skill reasons to let us handle payrolling.
